Membership

The membership is open to all businesses and persons living on or near Mount Rushmore Road as well as any person or business interested in the purposes of the organization. Annual dues are $150.00. There are four elected officers to the board, President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. All serve without compensation for one year. There are no restrictions on the number of terms an individual can serve.

Meetings

There are meetings every third Tuesday of each month from 3:00 to 4:00 pm at Black Hills Bagels. Subcommittees meet irregularly depending upon the committee and its projects. Subcommittees report monthly to the full membership at the monthly meetings. Minutes are kept of the monthly meetings. The meetings are open to everyone. The monthly meeting facilities are donated by Black Hills Bagels. The majority supplies are donated by Black Hills Bagels and Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital.
